On the other hand, when our third eye chakra is unbalanced, we tend to struggle with problems such as closed-mindedness, feelings of inadequacy, lack focus and decisiveness, anxiety, depression, paranoia, and various other mental illnesses and mood disorders. Also, one may be overly logical or overly emotional, emotionally reactive and get upset easily, escape into daydreaming to avoid reality. Further, one can be addicted to external things with the illusion to find happiness (relationships, food, sex, money, status, shopping, etc.) and can’t seem to connect to your deeper self or Soul. Mistrust or dislike people easily. One may be perceived as arrogant and opinionated, OR be perceived as being dreamy and ungrounded.
